Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Eligible Products for Return
- Unused physical products in original condition
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Products damaged during shipping
Non-Returnable Products
- Downloaded digital products (PDF guides, digital reference cards)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products used or damaged by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at deideasoluciones@gmail.com with your order number
- Indicate the reason for your return
- Wait for your return authorization (RMA)
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided
Return Shipping Costs
- We cover shipping — For defective products or errors on our part
- Customer covers shipping — For change-of-mind returns
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and verified:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
- Allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
Technical Services
Technical services such as installation, maintenance, and support are non-refundable once completed. Please reach out before contracting if you have any questions.
